      Can't access accounts all weekend. Card declined with money in account. Previously approved for car loan only if I bought the car they chose. I should've picked another bank, there's no benefit to this credit union. WHEN WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS AGAIN?

      Easily the most inept Business I have had the displeasure to deal with in my 61 years of life. Nobody ever has an answer to valid questions and if you call the Greensboro office you will get a voicemail that says the voicemail is full and you can’t leave a message. Ahhhhhhhh how do these people stay in business. What ever you do do not get a credit card from them. You will get screwed!!!

      The absolute worst bank I ever had to work with there's always maintenance going on with online app or funds aren't deposited on the set deposit date if I could give one star I would but I'm switching banks very soon.

      I've been a member for 6 years now, ever since they were Choice. The same people work there with little turnover. If I can't get there, there's a night drop off and mail (my hours are M-F 8-5). I can pretty much do everything via the app and by messaging an MSR. I have had zero problems. I recommend them all of the time; I can join SECU, but I've been a member for a long time. They've never messed up my bank account, and are fairly easy to work with.

      As usual, the website of this credit union has been completely changed and I got a bill on Friday around noon which I wanted to record as paid before the day ended. After hours, around 6 PM I went to put in my access numbers and name--IT WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE MY INFO! I am SO p-od about this I could scream. No forewarning--no letter, no call, no email stating they were"improving" their electronic contact! Another trip to make on Monday!!

      We have been dealing with this credit union going on 2 years and have been repairing our credit. Everytime we go to speak about a loan the black lady always comes up with excuses. My credit was fine but she keeps searching for things to say no. Want even push the application through. Please hire someone that is willing and be happy to help out their customers.

      I have never had a bad experience with the CU. I always visit the location on Battleground and every member service representative there has always treated me with great respect and professionalism. They are always very fast to take care of my transaction and without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this CU.

      I recently started the process to look and purchase a house here in the Greensboro area, I've been a loyal customer since I moved here to NC from PA. I've made call's and emails to the Battleground Ave location expressing that I'm in the market and need help. My problem is I keep getting the automated computer responses that we are not in the office and will contact you later.

      Is ok but you get a lot of junk mail that appears to be from Choice. Also when I had my will written the attorney said not to list bank accounts. He said to do right to inheritance with the bank. Wells Fargo allowed me to set that up without my daughter's social security number. Choice first told me it was required by federal law. A relative who is a DOJ attorney checked with another federal attorney and it is Not required by law until that person takes over the account. Told Choice that and they said they would not set it up without social security number. I left $10. in Choice and moved the rest to my Wells Fargo account. For your knowledge they need a copy of death certificate then can access account. Kept a little in Choice due to car loan. When I pay off auto will close that account. Can not beat Wells Fargo 150 years in business, never had a problem with them. They do not sell customer information to 3 Rd. parties. Also Choice charges a fee if you use another Credit union, they are not open on Saturday. Those credit unions do Not charge a fee.

      This is for the PACU teller-Angela they have inside the bank-She is one of the nicest bankers I've ever dealt with! helped me with a serious error made by the call center and had such a nice attitude! She deserves a raise.
