  Worked with Bridget to build my credit back up. Had ALL my bills on auto draft. When she left i was having late payments. Was told because I didn't make my payments. I advised them ive had them on auto draft since day one. They claimed they had no idea what happened. It happened again in April. They said not to worry it didn't hit my credit score. Well just found out it did. These take 7 yrs to come off credit report and because of S7 i have 2 late payments... Auto draft people beware!!!

  I got my first loan here and it was great, then I would use the account to put extra money in. Next thing I know I’m getting a few for a bad address? Never received mail from S7CU so not sure how they knew and no email or phone contact to let me know I even had fees. But then you have to go in person to fill out a form to change addresses which is a huge hassle if you work nights. No longer impressed

  I have had an account with select 7 pretty much since I was 16 (back when it was Johnson City federal) I have had 2 auto loans handled by them. I did find it a little difficult when they weren'ty main bank to make payments for my car loan and had it refinanced with another institution, but otherwise I had no other issues with the loan process. Now that they are my primary banking institution, I have had so much trouble with my debit card. First it took them years to change my name on all aspects of my account after I was married as a matter of fact I have been married 10 years and they just now got my name changed in all of their systems. The fraud monitoring system is a joke. They have locked my card 3 times now because of a transaction at Walmart of all places. It's been locked again now for the same thing and I resolved it with the fraud department but my card remains locked and the only way I have access to my account is if I go to an ATM and withdraw cash... seriously considering switching to a different institution

  The glory days of this credit union are over. Used to be a super place to do business but not so much anymore. Online banking is down alot and many of the tellers are not friendly. Some are still really nice but some look and act like you are keeping them from their lunch by coming inside.

We like most all financial institutions, use a 3rd party vendor for our online and mobile platforms. When we are aware of any downtime we contact the vendor immediately and encourage them to resolve as quickly as possible. Our expectation is that all of our staff will treat our customers with friendliness and respect with every visit and/or call.   This bank is awesome! They help me with any situation very quick and efficiently. Best part about it is their mobile banking where I can transfer money to a different account within a few minutes. Will never go to a different bank.

  A fine credit union. Been with them since 2008, and haven't had an issue with them. They are quick with reissuing cards after compromises, and I haven't had the need to be in a branch since they introduced mobile banking.

  It gets one star because I can't give it zero. I've never had more issues with account compromises with any other bank or credit union. No branches have Saturday hours that I'm aware of, I work long hours through the week so it's extremely difficult to find time to fix mistakes that are being mishandled on their end. On more than one occasion now I've been left without access to any funds that I have. I will be terminating my account with Select Seven this week.

  I would never recommend this bank for anything especially auto loans. They have no way of paying online except for each month doing a mobile deposit from a check and then transferring it into the auto loan account. What time are we living in that you cannot make a payment online?

  Would never consider any other bank. If you are looking for a bank i would highly recommend this bank. Best choice you'll ever make. The people are very friendly. Just come see why we would not bank anywhere else.
