  I live in Florida and I have put my house on the market 3 times over the last 4 years with no luck and almost no contact with the agent! This was the best real estate experience I have ever had. Cindy took care of every detail and was in constant touch with me. She even provided the names of people to use for some repairs. They, too, were very professional, responded quickly and their prices were reasonable. I honestly didn’t think it would sell in time before the winter season really kicked in. She sold my house in just weeks and got the price I wanted. I couldn’t be happier. In the past I have never been involved in a real estate closing that didn’t involve some last minute issues requiring frantic phone calls, running around to get something done or some kind of difficult situation that had to be resolved in a hurry. Being here in Florida I was anxious on the day of closing and waited for that phone call to say something was missing, etc. I wouldn’t have believed every aspect of the sale could be done long distance. Cindy Edwards is the woman to make your transaction completely painless and joyful from beginning to end. I’m sorry I don’t live there or know other people to recommend her to.   We found Cindy through Dave Ramsey's website as an ELP. We're so glad we did. She was very responsive and let us set the pace we were comfortable with. With this being our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions. She was patient and understanding, but pushed us when we needed it. An overall great experience. We would recommend Cindy 110% .

  Cindy by far is the hardest working agent I have met! She has gone above and beyond by cutting grass and even cleaning pools prior to closing for buyers and does everything to get the job done and get the best outcome for her clients. Highly recommend this hard working professional!

  My husband and I decided to sell our home in early March 2020 (right before the pandemic hit!) My husband found her listed on Dave Ramsey's website. We had interviewed a few realtors, but Cindy by far was the best choice. Not only is she really easy to work with, she helped us get a much better price for our home than what we were being told by other realtors. Our house was under contract within a few days. She always returned my calls or texts within a few minutes and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Cindy! :)
