  I worked with Daniel Sobin and team to finance a 10-unit building. The rates were much better than any other commercial lender I could find. Daniel was very responsive, and easy to work with. Every commercial lender is different and so there is a learning curve, but I will definitely be going first to Select Commercial for future transactions

  I was looking to refinance my mobile home park which is located in a rural part of Maryland. I contacted several local banks and they all only offered short term loans with balloon payments. I was looking for a long term fixed rate because I am very concerned that rates will rise in the very near future. I went online and found Select Commercial on the web. The rate was really good and now I don’t have to worry about future rate increases.
