      I went here to open a new account and the CS manager told me something different from what the 1 800 number told me. These people need to receive managerial training. I used to work for a bank.

      This sucks wait time when i call is 10 or 15 minutes,not good customer service,before it was better,eveytime now you have to dial 1 800 number.

      Terrible service very unsatisfied there’s a lady in there that will definitely get fired sooner or later she’s rude as hell, I will not be going here ever again unless sefcu of this branch lets her go
