  Seema Nayyar had been working with my husband since 2014 when we went into business for ourselves. She has helped navigate the "new world" of business ownership taxes seamlessly.   Sat in her office for 15 minutes for a consulation were we discussed her process moving forward, I was a brand new real estate agent and was shopping for a CPA that was knowledgeable of the real estate industry. Seema charged us $300 toward our end of the year tax filing. We chose to move forward with another CPA. No refund. Had zero sympathy for our money, or time. I've met with several CPA's and Tax professional in the busisness longer than Seema, and never been charged a $300 consulation fee.

  Ma’am, I’m sorry you were unhappy with my services, however the consultation was a full hour and occurred over three months ago. If you had voiced this concern at the time, I would’ve fully understood and made arrangements to reimburse you my consulting fee, but seeing as months have passed since our meeting, the timeline for requesting a refund has expired.
