  Working with Security National Mortgage Company - and specifically Polly Hendricks, our loan officer was excellent! She made what can often be a stressful process much easier with step-by-step guidance and constant communication. We were also very impressed with their APP called SNAP which made it a breeze to review and sign documents quickly as well as to upload documentation that was needed from us. . . We don't plan on needing another mortgage anytime soon, but if we did - we wouldn't hesitate to work with Polly at Security National again, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for home financing!!!

  I've been working with Ms. Lana Gruell for quite sometime now with other loans for my buyers/clients. She delivered fast, high quality and almost accurate loan figures. My clients were extremely satisfied with her. This time she processed my home refinancing. I am very satisfied to say the least. She did the loan in a matter of 3 weeks. She is not only very knowledgeable, she has also a very nice personality and will go up to that level where no other Loan officers able to reach. Thank you Lana. You're the best.

  I have dealt with Raul in the past purchasing my first home in 2010 with great success. I went through the process in buying my second home this year as a new build. I figured it would be easier to go through their in house financial loan officer, long story short that loan officer made it seem like everything was good to go. The loan officer called me literally 2 weeks before our closing date and the house being finished saying I didn't qualify for numerous reasons to include I needed a Co-signer. I felt like I was being played over by him especially with about 20k already down with earnest money that I would not get back. My brother still had contact with Raul since he did stuff for him and his wife. I immediately contacted Raul he reviewed my documents and said he can make it work, but we would have to work fast. Raul contacted my first loan officer and told him he was taking over the loan, and a week and a few days later Raul made it happen for me and my family. We closed and I got my keys Nov 24th, not only did he get it approved my APR was Lower. I highly recommend Raul for any future home purchases, refinances etc. Raul is trustworthy and gets the job done 💪🏽thanks again Raul !

  This is my second time working with Lana Gruell and she is beyond amazing! I worked with her when I bought my home and then again when I refinanced the same home. She is incredibly helpful, knowledge, friendly, and amazing in everyway! She answered all of my numerous questions and was there for me every step of the way. If she did not know the answer she would find out and let me know. She will the process much more enjoying and as painless as possible!
