  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were the lender for a buyer on a real estate deal I was involved with and did such a terrible job, they sunk the transaction. They wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls and would go weeks without communicating. Our escrow officer said "I have never had a lender ghost me like this!" When they did contacts us, it was to give us new excuses for why we needed to extend the transaction by a day or two, while they handled additional conditions they kept coming up with. A couple days turns into almost two weeks, WAY past closing, at which point they ask for an additional two weeks. They had EVERYTHING they needed to fund the loan, except for competent staff. They strung us along and costs us thousands of dollars in fees and interest along the way. If you are a buyer, DO NOT USE THIS LENDER. If you are a seller, DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFER FROM A BUYER USING THIS LENDER. You have been warned.
