The team that Scott and his crew have put together are the best at what they do and they find the best opportunities for anyone looking to buy a home. We shopped around with other companies before finding Root and Root blew everyone else out of the water in regards to purchasing power, smooth process, customer service, etc. They made the process smooth, easy and helped us buy our first house.   Scott Kirkland was absolutely impressive, very knowledgeable, helpful, and got me an incredible pre-approval letter and amazing rate. He knew I was in the middle of a divorce, and there’d be some extra steps or hoops to jump through for a loan to be approved, and he supported me through the entire process. His staff was very professional, timely and friendly. This was an incredible transaction! I highly recommend him. My realtor who has been in the industry 40 years said he knows what he’s doing and is great at his job. I will always be grateful for his help as this market was extremely competitive and fast moving. He got it done!

  Clint Ehlers & his team are a pleasure to work with! The mortgage process is confusing to me, so it really helped when Clint talked with my husband & I about how it all works - even before any discussion of pre-approval for any specific home purchase. Throughout the home purchase, he was always very responsive & understanding when we asked for clarification of underwriter requirements or procedure. We plan to work with Clint again on future Mortgage needs.

  Ross did an incredible job on our refinance. He guided us smoothly through the process and was responsive to any questions we had. We're very happy with the low rate and cost of the loan, but the speed at which he and his team executed blew away the alternative options.
