  We have two loans through SNM. Russ and his team have been fantastic for us. We were able to lock in an awesome rate both times. For the most recent loan, I had a complicated temporary hire position and Russ put in a ton of time to make sure that the loan was set up correctly, and pushed through early, to meet the rate lock expiration time. Will definitely be using SNM and Russ's team in the future.

  Robb give's you a great big smile in person but rushes you through the process doesn't explain anything and forces you to sign things that you don't fully understand or are incorrect. They ask for documentation after they approve the loan. He had issues verifying employment but never contacted me to let me know. He doesn't like to return calls so our realtor had to play mediator.

  Be prepared to know nothing. Every new fee was a surprise. Your "down payment" doesn't go to your down payment at all, it pays off the realtors, the state and the mortgage company. They wanted more documentation AFTER we were already moved in. After less then a month in the house and they sold our loan to somewhere out of state. Worst company ever.
