  My wife and I found working with CCS Loans to be a very good experience. Everyone at CCS was so helpful and consulted throughout our building process. The staff at CCS took the time to explain what we needed to do in order for our contractors to get paid. Their spreadsheets helped us keep our finances in order during the build.   We were 100% satisfied with the service that CCS Loans provided during the entire course of our construction. Building a home is a stressful project in itself but Pauline, Callee, Ciara and the rest of the CCS Loans team made the construction loan aspect completely stress free and very smooth. They did and excellent job at communicating and always provided same day draw updates which kept the project moving forward to meet the deadlines. We were very lucky to have found such an amazing lender for our first home build and will definitely be using them again on our next one.
