  Working with Garity was truly a highlight of our home-buying experience!! We were referred her way by our real estate agent (whom we trust implicitly), who said she was the best of the best. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience! Garity was quick to respond to every text and phone call, which was amazing as we were on an incredibly tight timeline. She worked diligently on a SATURDAY to get us pre-qualified to make an offer on our dream home, when we had only applied for our loan less than 24 hours prior. She spent literal hours on the phone patiently answering questions and helping advise us on rates and processes. I could not recommend Garity more highly!! She is a true expert and professional.

  I worked with Don Olsen and Ryan Robinson at SNMC out of the Orem, UT office. They offered steep competition against our builder’s preferred lender, working hard to win over our business by matching and then ultimately beating the competition in terms of interest-rate, closing costs, and lender credits, which was surprising and appreciated. As a first time homebuyer I was nervous, but Don was good about being patient and he did a lot of educating for me. He was responsive, always replying to phone and text messages within 24 hours or less, even on weekends. The process to upload and sign documents was electronic and convenient.
