  I love this credit union! They take interest in more than just your banking needs. They treat you like a friend like someone of interest and significance. They tend to know you by name, not just a number and they are so willing to help you in the situations that you find yourself in. This Provo office , with Megan, Thomas, Jen, Nat, Hannah and Christy, they care about more than just the fact that they're a banking institution. They care about what's going on in your life and if there's a way that they can possibly help you, they will help you to locate options.

  This has been the best experience I've ever had with a credit union. Every staff member was awesome. They were able to approve my loan with a small interest rate while being very informative. I will continue coming to this location.

  SSFCU is GREAT! I have been with them for many years and have been an institution I trust. Security is true. They have caught and fixed unauthorized charges. A HUGE THANK YOU, for that! Jen, in Provo is awesome, along with many other associates, who have helped me over the years.

  I have been a customer at this branch for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus, anytime I go through the drive thru with my dog, she gets a treat from them! SSFCU in Provo is so great!

  Everytime I come in to this bank it's always an amazing experience! Natalia, Megan, and Hannah are always really fun and helpful. I come in a lot to drop off cash and it always goes well. Plus they give out Dum-Dums if you ask for them!

  We have had our savings and checking accounts here for years, as well as our charge card. We have also taken out loans and refinanced our mortgage with them. We wouldn't go anyplace else.
