  Using UCCU for our mortgage needs was one of, if not the easiest and best experiences we've had with a financial institution. We worked with Talona and she was absolutely the best agent and was quick to answer our questions and give us updates along the process. We've used several banks and credit unions over the years and will definitely be sticking with UCCU from now on. Very impressed!

  We didn't have to stand in line. My aunt was able to get her stuff done and I opened a savings account. It did take a bit longer than we expected. But the 2 people that helped us were very nice and got things taken care of. I'm quite satisfied with my experience 😊 The biggest hold up was the computer being a pain. But that error may have come from my address being entered with a W(est) on both street numbers. I did fix that once I created my online account.

  Quick and Easy to setup my account with them plus they have good customer service. Helped my fiancé and I with all that we needed help with! Highly recommend

  I was extremely happy with UCCU, both TROY and TAYLOR were easy and comfortable To work with. My loan application went smooth And took less time then I thought. They gave me Good advice but let me choose the loan I Thought was best for me. I would definitely Recommend UCCU to everyone.

  I would never recommend doing a loan through UCCU. Every person I have spoken to tells me something different and has made the process incredibly difficult. Submitting documents doesn't work half the time, you will not be contacted if there is an issue, and you will receive inaccurate info constantly.

  This review is not for this specific branch but for UCCU overall. They are extremely difficult to work with to get automatic payments set up for a loan. They also charge $8 to pay your loan online with a debit card. You can get that waived if you go in to a branch but then you have to do it monthly. I was also on hold for about an hour trying to get assistance to set up the online account in the first place. They couldn't figure out how to help me get the account set up so I had to drive to a branch. I'm glad I just have an auto loan and don't have to deal with this credit union for my banking.

  I love "banking" at MY credit union. They know me well, give me great personal service, and Troy Holden, the Branch Manager even came to our home to lower our COVID-19 exposure in his Branch Office.

  Hispanic guy who always helps us called his mgr to tell him how to help us. He did it professionally quickly and impressively did a fantastic job. We were done & on our way Happy.
