  Christian Martinez took care of my requests, answered all my questions, and all with such a helpful and positive attitude!! The whole transaction felt as if dealing with family, which you don't get much these days when dealing with any type of business. I am grateful for the professionalism and thorough service provided and will definitely be coming back to this location for any further banking needs I may have.

  I’m young and have never done anything with credit before. I walked in will a handful at questions. Christian was so helpful! He walked me through all the options they offered. I walked out with the credit card that best matched what I needed it for. Thank you again guys!!

  I came into SSFCU to have my car refinanced. I’ve had an account with them for years and everyone at the dealership said they’re really great to work with when the time came to refinance my car. Christian is the team member that helped me and he was so friendly and patient! He helped me step by step through the application and was great answering all my questions. The main Salt Lake location has an amazing staff and I would recommend working with them to anyone!

  I’ve been a member for about 9 years. I’ve had nothing but a great experience. I’ve paid off my car. Today I had to get a new debit card and Larissa was super patient especially when I had a potty moment that took way longer than it needed too. I recommend this credit union. I’ve never been disappointed.

  I went into the branch (SSFCU Main Street) looking to refinance my car. I was treated very well by all members of the staff and always felt appreciated as a customer. I ended up with two different loans and a great experience with Christian M.!

  The only suggestion be on the Moneypass and Allpoint atm network Also. If you are ever in Utah County they have a branch nearby a grocery store in Pleasant Grove. A branch near the Provo mall.Utah County many convenient branches. Their credit cards have very competitive rates. This credit union also has branches in Colorado and Texas. Utah County and Colorado location's big plus. Will be member forever. Was totally satisfied with my last visit. Perfect excellent customer service. I love Mastercard and love having Colorado location's. Security Service has the best Utah County location's also. The Pleasant Grove branch is next to Smiths. The Provo branch is next to the big Provo mall. Excellent customer service. Van and Sue in the Pleasant Grove branch have given me excellent service also. Will be a member for life

  Sarah Sharp is probably the most helpful and genuine teller I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. She was very empathetic, eager to help, and very informed and proactive.
