  Lobby is finally open!!! Whooo Hooo!! Ellias and Tiffany both helped me with obtaining a new credit card. They both showed excellent customer service, good time management and very helpful with the entire process. Thank you two for making my experience a good one during the pandemic.

  To who it may concern : I would like to take time out to recognize Celia Gomezalez, Who have exemplify her professional ability to help and execute whatever plan she was present with. I have observed Ms. Gomezalez when customer were upset and outrage , she still kept her composure and continue on working on completing the task 's . I am very proud to be a member of this establishment due to the fact you have Compassion ,understanding ,willingness and professional staff like Ms. Celia Gomezalez. Keep the good work up. Update Brandi was excellent and I appreciate the service . Keep up the great work- I appreciate evefy syaff that you all hire here and I will continue to be a member here !   I had a great experience at the Jones location, during these hard times everyone is so on edge, so being greeted from such a nice group of security service employees was very much appreciated. Tiffany was so helpful and friendly when helping me with my account.
