  I had called a bunch of insurance agents to get quotes for homeowner's insurance and I went with Security First because of the GREAT customer service that Christina provided! She took the time to explain all the different coverages and was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. I greatly appreciate that and, as a result, Security First won.   This insurance agency is outstanding in services! I was very happy to find Tabitha Heene at this agency. Her expertise as a seasoned licensed insurance professional evidences she expends the effort necessary to find great product for your needs. It is a very user friendly company with experienced agents who support each other; there is always a friendly voice answering phones lines willing to assist you upon need. I found them to be far superior in comparison to several other agencies in Florida I had became frustrated with who surprisingly didn't seem to know their insurance industry products well enough. Security First are highly skilled, very knowledgeable licensed agents who really know their business and put forth terrific customer service! You will be very pleased with Tabitha Heene's excellent service as she goes above and beyond to educate you while she's putting a great policy together for you. I highly recommend this insurance agency and in particular Tabitha Heene, she's the best!

  I’ve worked with Security First for years and have my house, cars, umbrella and jewelry policies through them. They are always responsive, sell me the best policy (not necessarily the most expensive one) and have just been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

  I have been using Security Firs Insurance Agency for over 15 years. I have numerous properties and they are outstanding. They inform me of any issues I may have ahead of time, send each property out to bid every year when it is renewal time and are on top of everything. The staff are amazing and easy to work with. Erin & Gracie have been there quiet some time now and they are efficient, expedient, understand my needs and get things done!

  Leslie was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She responded quickly and efficiently. We were recommended to her by our realtors who have not yet dealt directly with this company but was highly recommended to them. I will be sure to send my feedback to them as well for further business! Friendly staff is always a secure feeling when investing in something as big as insurance that protects your assets and your livelihood. I felt like we were under good hands the entire time while dealing with Leslie. She even asked if I received other quotes to let her know and she will look into those prices to beat. I hope that our future business is as smooth as this process was!!
