I had tried contacting multiple banks trying to exchange currency before I leave for Japan. I would highly recommend this bank even just for how proffessional and yet incredibly kind they were. I'm so happy I contacted them. I'd highly recommend becoming a member here and might even look into it myself if I return from Japan. 10/10
