  I've been loaning with this company for like 3 years now. Called this morning to renew my loan, asked them what I would need and they told me my last 2 check stubs and a utility bill. I told the lady well I'm on unpaid maturity leave so they aren't the most recent. The lady told me that would be fine. So I went to my store printed out my check stubs and went to renew my loan. They tell me they cant renew my loan until I go back to work! After I called and told them I was on unpaid leave! So they let me waste my gas when I need it most for nothing! I'm a salaried manager who is going back to work in three weeks. I always make my payments and have paid off two loans and renewed this one twice! I wont need to renew my loan when I go back to work. It's sad that I've been a customer with them as long as I have and they cant help me when I need it most!

  I been with this loan company on and off for a few years. And of course life may hit hard, but they where understanding and worked with me on making payments. Since my last payout, I was told to wait 6months before applying again. The 6th month is here, and I get told that since I applied back in April I had to wait another 6 months! Wait, I called two weeks before now to see what my Status was. And to be honest I don't remember applying back in April. Long story short .Ms. Woolington or Ms. Debbie kept giving me the wrong information. And the only thing she could say was "sorry". And wouldn't let me see the loan application either that I supposed to applied back in April with. What's up with that?! Talking bout it has my credit score on it... Oook, but it's my information you showing it to. I don't understand that?! Well, I'm sorry I wasted my time. I should've known it was gone be some BS since Mr. Kel gone, and the other lady inside doesn't have a friendly attitude. My advance to security finance... If you want on time payments, how about giving correct information. Whether I was denied or not. You had me thinking in 6 months I'll be able to get a loan. SMH Do better SECURITY FINANCE, DO BETTER! I'm so disappointed 😔

  Best Loan Agency in Augusta hands down. I called around all day for a loan got denied and when i got to Security Finance they accepted Me. Thanks to the management and her beautiful Team. 12/23/2019
