  Kristi Johnson has been amazing!My husband and I had come in with four years of IRS tax mess. She was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process. She maintained constant communication with us.. Her professionalism shines through each time. Her eagerness to help reflect in her work. We enjoy her business.   This is the best and most professional finance company I have dealt with. Makes you feel right at home and always go above and beyond to assist with your needs. Always greeted in a friendly manner, even by telephone. I must say too, the office is always decorated in a seasonal or holiday theme. You girls rock!!!! Keep up the good work.

  I enjoy coming to Credit Central in Augusta Georgia because I feel welcome! I feel like I'm home! The office is well put together and every year they decorate for every holiday...even during birthdays! I think this Credit Central in Augusta Georgia is very nice and humble. They always have a smile for me and try to help me whenever I need it. BEST LOAN COMPANY IN AUGUSTA!!!

  I absolutely love this office. The customer service is excellent. Most loan companies don’t have any energy and they keep it business professional, but this location makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is super welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of help. They are truly the best.

  Had a wonderful visit today as always with the staff. Ellen always greets you with that beautiful smile and I love her laugh. I ended up meeting with Mrs. Johnson today and was wonderful talking with her. She even give me a class on a tax class. I really enjoy this office staff and highly recommend them if you need a loan.

  I have used this service twice and each time I was treated with kindness and professionalism. When you have to use services of this nature, you sometimes feel as if you’re not doing what you need to do to maintain your finances, but we all need help from time to time and they make it okay.   I have been dealing with this company for years and never had a bad experience. Love these ladies. They always report to credit bureaus. If you pay back they will always be there to assist you when you get in a tight financial situation. I have paid out my accounts and they easily get me back in when I call or drop by. And my credit score keeps rising.
