  My husband and I have dealt with Terri Riley at Security Federal Savings Bank for years. We trust her completely not only with our home loans, but also with our rental property loans. She always has your best interest in mind. She truly works for you as a customer. When my son and his wife were ready to purchase their first home, they also dealt with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a mortgage loan. She will put your mind at ease throughout the whole process.

  I've been with the bank for a number of years, but when my dad passed two years ago they really went out of their way to help me with all the paperwork, and problem solving with all the estate matters. Challi and Jennifer became friends and are the best in my mind at handling several different tasks and make everything seem so much easier. All the departments of the bank I have worked with treat you like a real person, not just another account number. I highly recommend them over any other place they call a bank.

  Teri Riley has really been a great help in getting our new house loan and also helping us enter some credit items so we can watch who is looking at our files. She is always friendly and goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable in any questions or issues we go to her about. We would hate dealing with anyone else.

  Security Federal is great. The employees are friendly, professional, and great to be around. I love the popcorn on Fridays. In our experience, the loan refinance process is really smooth too. We highly recommend!

  I couldn't be happier with Sec Fed Bank. They were so wonderful for my loan. Jazmin at the main branch in Logansport was my loan officer and I just wished that I could have had someone as nice and professional/caring as her for every loan.   They only get a 20% because I like the staff and they are very friendly. However someone decided to make a foolish decision and switched to Discover card, which no one accepts! Nothing more embarissing than trying to entertain and find you have to a. Run to an atm or b. Borrow it. Its amazing that in today's era they still can't accept the card marked with Discover insignia. Total disappointment. They want you to report to sec. Fed. Bank the places that I shop that don't take it so they can "make changes". so.... I have to do the job of a company that profits from my money? No thanks.
