  They have been great! I have been with them for 20 years ... my license and a whole book of checks was stolen from me and they helped me out tremendously they noticed it wasn’t my signature on the checks they received and called me... so thankful for great helpful people! They also have a kids club savings account your kids can set up my kids enjoy getting the statements in the mail from them! Thanks ladies you all do a wonderful job! Have a wonderful day 😊

  I seen some bad ratings on here, and yet no explanations which I wouldn't even consider them a review then. I have been with Diversified General Federal Credit Union for many years, I cant even tell you the amount now. Have I had issue happen, yes. You are going to have that anywhere, some were my fault and some were not. But they were all handle promptly and professionally. I have seen this credit union do nothing but grow and prosper and I am happy to be banking here and would not choose anywhere else. Of course there is going to be areas in which this credit union could change and grow, however that takes time. And I have plenty of time I hope. Thank you for your business. Cindy Allman

  Been banking for more than 15 years. Since i have opened my son's account been nightmare. They keep putting money in wrong account. Happened today for the 5th time. I give name and account number still manager puts it in wrong account. First time new member did it and all other times been the manager. She is even snoody. The check clearly states name and address. I give account number and name still messes up. What can i do to fix this issue??

  Extremely rude staff, this bank is a waste of your time not to mention they are very unprofessional. Take my advice and save yourself the headache.

  Never been there but they reported I owed them money. This is impossible. Some kind of fraud going on, obviously.
