  The manager at the Logansport branch has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IS UNPROFFESSIONAL. Twice in a few weeks I tried to withdraw a fairly decent sum of money from my account and neither time was I successful at the Logansport branch. Both times was with the same woman, who, when I asked for the manager, claimed she WAS the manager. She started out having the money and ended up refusing to give it to me. The first time, I tried to withdraw money, she asked me what I was planning on doing with it. When I refused to answer, she claimed they were a ' cash in, cash out bank,' and didn't have the funds. I was dumb enough to come back two weeks later and this time she questioned me about the source of my deposits.. When she didn't get the answer she wanted, she refused to give me money and said I'd need to come back on Monday after she verified the source of my funds! She was rude, inappropriate and disagreeable..with MY MONEY. She claimed she was protecting my money...from me!!?!. The only person my money needed protected from was her!!. Well the jokes on her because both times I went to the Kokomo branch the same day and they pleasantly completed my actions without inquisition. Imagine that, a bank with money!. The manager at Logansport is a liar and horribly unprofessional. She should be fired because I came real close to moving my money elsewhere. Had it not been for the Kokomo branch, I would have. It's no wonder Logansport is losing its PNC branches. . They must have been really hard up for a manager to hire her!

  Keep having the same problem someone from PNC keeps stealing my money I purchase something a week ago and the money is taken off, then the next week they take off the money again and move the purchase all the way up top to make it look like its recent. This bank is full of rats NOT recommend.

  This Branch Manager, Emily, is the most unhelpful and unfriendly branch manager I’ve ever seen. On the other hand, assistant branch manager is absolutely great. Corporate really needs to come in and do a performance evaluation and reconsider who should be the branch manager and who can represent PNC better and be able to provide top notch customer service because Emily is definitely not the whole package. If others say otherwise, then I guess so called branch manager treats everyone differently because according to my experience, she was not helpful to my needs and she presented herself in somewhat of a snobby way.

  I’ve never had such a bad experience. I had two recent pieces of mail, valid I.D , employment card with email & fax , birth certificate social security and also a closed pnc card still not expired trying to put 3500 into an account so I didn’t have to carry it or have a prepaid card . The lady was so condescending and couldn’t help me open an account bc I couldn’t prove it was me . I am not making this up , worst experience I’ve had with any company ever ..

  They are 50/50 at best. Your time doesn't matter to them. They will leave you on the phone for 25-50 minutes without putting you on hold. And carry on a conversation with co workers as if there is no intention on returning to your call. Very unprofessional!

  The staff are very nice and helpful but there is always a long wait. When they had the second branch here in Logansport it was awesome. But I rarely do any banking in the bank but when I have to go into the bank I dread it. I wish they never closed the second branch down on mall road. All the shopping and restaurants are on the east side of town and it is very inconvenient to come to this location because it is very out of the way .

  PNC IS FAST AND EFFICIENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE! THE BEST IN TOWN BY FAR!

  Why shut down the other building and then not have this one open on Saturdays?
