  Dillon Rowland was the easiest person to work with. He helped my husband and I today (actually, for the last few weeks), and made the process very easy on us. He’s a great communicator, has a great sense of humor (which is a big plus), and he worked with our schedules. If you ever need help with big purchases, go see him! He will do his best to help you!

  The people working at this Bank are amazing. I live in Texas, and honestly thought it was going to be a pain, but the service they have have given us has been nothing short than stellar. Don’t want to name drop, but to the people who have helped us, thank y’all so much!

  Won’t say bank is awful as a whole but never deal with Matt Rains. He made it a terrible experience. What should of been a simple loan turned into one of the worst situations ive ever dealt with at a bank. He’s a smooth talker with what must be the worst work ethic I’ve ever dealed with. Told me everything was ready twice & it wasn’t. Tried to slide in fees that I did not owe. He will lie straight to you. This is not a review of the bank but him as a employee. If they give you him as a loan officer request someone else to save yourself a lot of hassle. If the bank was smart he would be fired because I know I can not be the only one this has happened to. Hope this helps someone in their future dealings.

  Best bank in McMinnville with impeccable services provided. 11/10. Very good. Pleasant smiling faces from the moment you walk in that go above & beyond their daily tasks to ensure their loyal customers are pleased with all interactions. PLUS HOW COOL IS THEIR MURAL OF MCMINNVILLE! This is a business that supports other local businesses and helps out the community in many different ways! Sec Fed sets the bar high for other local banks.

  PISS POOR customer service, completely unwilling to try to help or resolve issues. I ALWAYS have issues and hurdles accessing MY OWN money when I come here, rude bank tellers. They never tell you when they are taking fees out, allow unauthorized payments to come even after you have denied certain accounts from taking money, and charge you for stop payments. This bank is trash and everyone who works there is too. Do yourself a favor and go to regions of find a credit union. This bank is horrible.

  This is a wonderful Bank. I have been a customer for many years and I have always been very happy with their service. This bank goes above and beyond to help their customers. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

  Years ago when we opened an acct here they were more customer focused. Service has gone way down hill to the point where we have closed our acct and moved to a bigger bank downtown. They no longer have respect for their clients here.

  One Star is being nice at this point... - They waited until the week of my closing to send me a list of things I had to get that would take more then a week to get from the people who held other loans I was differed on. - Would not answer my calls most of the time. Even if they just emailed me a question and I called to ask about it I had to call back 4 to 5 times to even get a response from them. - Underwriters did not file or do any of the paper work right I found when I switched a new loan company who was competent, and able to get the loan done and processed in two weeks when they had been working on it for 2 months and were unable to even get half way through the process. Do not work with these people! They have no clue what they are doing!

  This bank is still operating in the stone age. Terrible service, high rates. After 15+ years here i'm done, moving my acct to Homeland.
