      Apparently the closer didn't bother to actually make the 30 minute drive to attend the closing in Overland Park. Instead they decided to have the original documents sent from Overland Park to Paola overnight by FedEx. Now FedEx has lost the original documents and Security 1st is refusing to transfer the funds into the seller's account. They've been holding the money for 4 days now. The buyers got the keys and moved in 3 days ago

      they put wrong spelling of name on the deed transfer papers and were unapologetic for their error nor was it corrected in a timely manner. Even the final 'correction' had additional errors. I had to hire someone else to redo the paperwork.
