      We joined this bank when we moved into the area. All staff was were very helpful and pleasant. Took the time to explain the accounts and get us the products we needed. Would definitely recommend.

      I am in from out of town for granddaughters graduation tonight. After our purchase from Walmart, we got cash back, five twenty dollar bills, Walmart did not have a hundred dollar bill so that we could put in granddaughters card. So thinking that A BANK would be able to trade the 5 twenties for the $100 bill, I proceed to go into Landmark. I greeted the ladies there and I told them about my situation, I was asked if I was a customer? No, I replied, however, all I would like to do is trade. They said we have no way of debiting account if the bills are no good!!! I said this is a bank!! Do you not have ability to check the bills? Yes, but you are not a customer!! Ok! So tonight at the graduation/ the story will be told at least twenty times., That was by far the most ridiculous answer I have ever experienced from a bank. Don't you have cash? If I were a customer I would promptly withdraw my money and go to real bank and somewhere where they understand what customer service is really supposed to be. And There is Your Sign.
