  Stay away. I would not recommend this company to any Investor. Fernando has poor communication, does not accept feedback well and serval times sent incorrect monthly payments with no explanation. Bad business altogether.

  I concur with other reviewers here as well. I began speaking with them in Oct 2020 to establish loan servicing for a wrap. I provided all the necessary documents by early November. I answered questions via email which I had already answered in the provided documents. They simply stop communicating with me -- I have inquired multiple times with and they will return my communications. There is only one person who is responsible for new account onboarding, his name starts with an F. I've lost two month of time waiting for a response. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Common courtesy goes a very long way in my book, and can cover for mistakes or other bumps along the way in a relationship, but there is no courtesy, no acknowledgment, and no follow-through with with SecureNet.

  We are sorry you had this experience and we will check to see where the breakdown is. We service 1000's of loans for many satisfied clients. Not to make excuses because you make a good point about communication, but we have been shorthanded and in disarray due to covid and employess working from home. We will try to do better.

  Stay away from here specially if you are doing wraparound mortgages. They will not pay the underlying loan and send you the money instead to leave you to deal with late fees, happened to me more than once. Fernando is the one I was dealing with, seems very professional but has a big ego and won't admit when he is wrong.

  We will check our procedures on underlying mortgage payments. We do 100's of wrap mortgages across the State and always make disbursements to protect both the borrower and the noteholders. We have to have the correct documentation necessary to make the underlying mortgage payment and when things are not clear, sometimes it is difficult.

  We are an experienced investor and have used Securenet for many of our loans. We have always found them to be professional and timely in payments, both disbursements and payments to underlying mortgages (wraps). We would highly recomment.

  We as a company uses securenet for our mortgages we have.there services are excellent and very professional if you have any questions there there to help. I would recommend other to use securenet.

  I would never use them as a loan servicer. It took 3 weeks to set it up and about to miss the first payment. It's not going to work for our investment's needs. Very disappointed.

  We are sorry for your disappointment. As we stated when you first contacted us, we need complete and correct documents to book your loan. Delays in furnishing correct and complete documents can delay the booking of loans. Our website provides a checklist of all required documents. Please call us and we can go over procedures as we try to earn back your business.
