  I found Second Wind on Google in September 2017 when I was at the end of my rope dealing with an MCA that was killing our company. Jared Nugent was assigned our case and I can say that finding Second Wind finally brought hope to our little company. Jared has been an invaluable resource with both the MCA and other issues that have cropped up in relation to them. We are off the MCA merry-go-round and are poised to have a great 2018. I HIGHLY recommend Second Wind. Had we not found them, our business would not still be here in 2018.

  The team at Second Wind was very knowledgeable and helped me successfully navigate a very challenging loan workout.   I found Second Wind when I was just about to sink from various MCA advances I had taken out. These loans created a downward spiral that I could not climb out of. I have been working with Kevin Chan, who has walked me through this process every step of the way. We are on the path to closing out the last of my creditors. The process has allowed me to continue running my business while Kevin has dealt with my creditors and kept me in the loop every step of the way The overwhelming feeling of the situation I was in became manageable .   I had a great experience on my initial consultation with Adam from SecondWindConsultants. He took plenty of time to understand the complexities of our situation and offered valuable advice on how to move forward. Even though we eventually both decided that we would not need their services - he provided great advice during the consultation and via email in the weeks that followed. I think it says a lot about the integrity of their business that even though we were not going to be a client at this time they were still interested in providing us valuable guidance for moving forward.

  On February of 2018 I reached out to Second Wind Consultants and spoke with Nathan Blehar regarding our Business financial hardship. Nathan listened to our circumstances and was empathetic. Nathan Indicated to me that Second Wind Consultants would help negotiate an OIC for our $140K SBA Business Debt with a settlement of about 15K and I would still be able to remain as an employee of the Business afterwards. I discussed the logistics of Second Winds proposal with my wife and we decided to move forward with Second Winds services. Nathan introduced us to our Rep Jeff Chaisson. Jeff provided us a road map and helped us navigate through a very complex and tedious process of obtaining any and all pertinent documentation to help settle our debt and alleviate our worries and anxiety through out the entire 8 month process. Jeff was very diligent and assertive dealing with the Bank. In addition, Jeff would always keep us abreast of any and all updates or documents that he needed from us to help with the negotiation process. All in all Jeff Chaisson and the team at Second Wind Consultants was able to settle our OIC for 10K of our $140K SBA business Debt, saving us 5K from the initial estimate of 15K, totaling a total savings of $130,000.00!   When I contacted Second Wind Consultants, I was literally in a bad state of emotion when I could not pay the the creditors like the Main Bank and the two other smaller cash advance guys. Second Wind through Jared Nugent took the calls from these creditors and shielded me from taking these calls, which within one month the calls went away. The best part of SWC is they come up with plans and a good strategy to give businesses a second start against all these unscrupulous lenders. I admit I fell prey to the lenders, but SWC came forward with a strong backing of peaceful and calm negotiation techniques and kept the lenders at bay. SWC helped me categorically in getting a three month deferment to begin with from the main bank. They have relationships with all these lenders and negotiated on my behalf with a clear end result of achieving a desired end goal with a clear cut game plan of playing the defense. I only wish SWC could put on a mantle of legal cloak in order to give better strength to negotiations with the lenders. Its a wish list but I also understand that it might not be be a great idea, due to cost of lawyers etc. Thank you Jared

  Both me and my employees are so thankful for having second wind to help save our 20 year old business. I was very skeptical at first, I was taught that if it sounds to good to be true it probably is but this was a last resort. After the bank called our Sba loan sending the business into a downward spiral, with bankruptcy being the only answer, they knew exactly what to do. They were not only there in that stressful time helping with collector phone calls and the judgements that creditors were filling daily, They gave us step by step instructions to continue running our business. A week never went by without them calling assuring me that things were on track and working as planned. After 7 months we have emerged to become a debt free successful company. As a small business owner the business was my life and they have given me my life back. Thank you second wind you are genius.

  Second Wind Consultants Inc ought to be, A.K.A The Life Savers Group. A truly seller amazing team of the most talented, caring, fast and efficient human beings I have ever encountered...bar none ! They know how to get to the root of the issue and turn bad situations into good ones. Each and everyone of the incredibly dedicated team is totally committed to their mission of not only saving and turning around business( hence the name, "Second Wind", because this exactly what they know how to do...breath new life into floundering businesses) These people save families, relationships, homes and businesses on a daily basis. If your business feels like it is going on a non stop downward spiral...call them...you will never regret is and will be astounded at how fast these people can turn a bad story into a fairy tale dream come true.
