  We are a sole prop in South Texas, we had average credit but showed great monthly income (30k) on our business and personal accounts. We found getting a decent loan for our business was difficult. On occasion we would settle with unsavory terms with lenders to show other lenders in the future our credit worthiness. Well Seattle Commercial Capital was a blessing to our business. We were able to buy equipment that will quite possibly get our income into the two comma / seventh digit level and without being taken advantage of. Ian keeps himself very busy so conversation with him can be quick and to the point at times but he's if he's not available to answer a call you will notice he is very quick to call back and give you the attention needed to quickly get your loan processed and approved. We will never ever work with anyone else ever again. Ian at Seattle Commercial Capital will be our first and only choice. Never have I seen anyone do such proper due diligence in helping connect two businesses together for a fair agreement between both parties. Thank you Ian!
