  Derek and Tasha are the best. I started the home buying process 2 months ago-Well I am happy to say, I officially became a homeowner yesterday. The team worked aggressively to ensure my file was accurate throughout the whole process. They even went as far as answered any and every question I had about the process. I will say, they will be receiving a few referrals from me as I will let them know that SZA-USA Mortgages rock! Also, the fact they worked w/ MHCD loans is an extra plus!

  The team at USA Mortgage was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive and helpful at every stage of the home buying process. Derek Jackson was pivotal in the building of our loan documents. My home search lasted roughly 8 months and he put together at least 4-5 pre-approval letters on a moments notice which really helped us once we found the one we really wanted to jump on. I wasn't sure initially which route I wanted to go (FHA, Conventional, 203k),so we went through all of the scenarios and he explained advantages and disadvantages of each option. When it came time to finalize my decisions, I was well informed and felt in control of the process, really because of all the conversations Derek and I would have on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend this team of professionals to handle any type of lending, and I will most likely be utilizing their expertise in the future.

  I was fortunate enough to have Derek from USA Mortgage help me with my home loan. As a first time homebuyer I was basically Jon Snow (I know nothing). That being said, I had tons and tons and tons of questions. Like most people, I shopped around from multiple banks/brokers (three to be exact). What stood out to me, that was pivotal in deciding to work with Derek and the USA team, was their attentiveness and professionalism. Derek was very responsive to all my questions and needs as a first time home buyer. Not only did he respond in a more than timely manner to any inquiries, he was patient and thorough in his answers. I was sure that my never ending questions would at some point tire him out but Derek never seemed phased. He embraced every question I asked and made me feel confident in the very large purchase I was seeking to make. Furthermore, Derek and his team were able to help us close efficiently. Once I committed to using USA Mortgage, Derek and his team worked nonstop to make sure that we closed on time. I had clear timelines given to me of when I needed to send them necessary documents. Someone also routinely touched base with me during the whole process to ensure I was taken care of. I'm so thankful for this. Maybe because I have a type A personality and like to know every detail and plan things out way in advance. But, I'm inclined to think that anyone buying a house would want this kind of service. Such a large purchase requires a team that is timely, accurate, and steps ahead the entire way. Derek and his team are all of the aforementioned and more!

  Exceptional, responsive service from Gordon, Derek and Sean. They had my loan commitment within 14 days of me initiating my process with them. Beat a major bank that had a month on them and got the same deal in terms of interest rate and points. Very pleased!
