  We were first time home buyers and extremly nervous. Chris met us on a Saturday to sit down and look at figures line by line with us. At one point when things were not looking in our favor, he called me and told me he would do whatever he had to in order to make sure things went through smoothly without needing extra money, not many lenders would take that initiative. Chris and Bobby were extremely responsive via email and phone. They took not only the initiative but care factor to make sure we were truly taken care of. They make an awesome duo and I would truly recommend them to anyone

  Chris Gianino (and Bob Long) provided incredibly responsive, expedited and professional service in a significant time crunch, bringing my own purchase transaction to a close in record time. Pinnacle was able to beat rates and cost over several other lenders I had inquired with. It is always good to know who to trust - I know who I will be referring to.

  I can’t say enough positive things about the experience I had with Pinnacle. Late one Saturday afternoon/early evening after finding the house that checked all the boxes, Pete Gianino was kind enough to take my call and within 24 hours I was pre-approved for the loan which positioned me to make a solid offer on the house. This was crucial as the house had just gone on the market and was in a highly competitive market with high demand. Pete was very accommodating and sensitive towards the timing and my needs. Throughout the process Pete was very accessible, often times responding to my questions over text within minutes. Tim Earle was assigned as our Senior Processor and was VERY thorough and accommodating thru the underwriting process all the way up to close. Like Pete, he responded to my questions literally within minutes. Pete and Tim made the process smooth and stress free - and it’s typically cumbersome and highly stressful! So absolutely critical with all the other pressures of closing on a house. We closed in a parking lot due to Covid-19 and Pete physically drove to the title company and parked next to us to make sure close went well. He didn’t have to do that, but did because both he and Tim were committed to my success. I highly recommend Pinnacle and specifically Pete and Tim. Thanks guys!
