  Sean and Tyler at SWBC helped me so much through out the entire process. I had lots of questions and needed help with certain items and they were so easy to get in contact with and walk me through each and every step. Without there help and dedication of getting me through the process , I don't know if I could have made it all happen.   We had a pretty difficult situation with our mortgage refinance. One company told us it wouldn't even be worth the hassle for us. We met with Sean and discussed the particulars of our situation and even though it was difficult and he was upfront about the challenges, Sean and his team got the job done and we closed on our refi and couldn't be more grateful for saving us the extra money each month and for getting done what others told was not worth it or couldn't be done.   I've had the pleasure of working with Sean and Tyler at SWBC Mortgage for several years now. Their entire team has always displayed the utmost respect and professionalism while working with them. They helped my wife and I close on our first home years ago. Sean and Tyler explained the entire process of purchasing a home for the first time and everything that we would expect during that seemingly stressful period (timeline, fees, etc.).
