  Patrick Toronto was recommended to me by a friend and I knew immediately that if he could handle working with her on her 5 year home buying journey that he could handle me and all of my questions. And I was right, even after I had several of my offers rejected he was never anything but helpful and positive. He is knowledgeable about the mortgage process and always patient and informative. Like another reviewer said, he is an excellent communicator, a prompt responder and makes himself available as needed. I considered using my credit union for the ease of having all my accounts in one place, but I know that they would not have been able to help me put my offers together fast enough to submit on time. Patrick played a large part in helping me finally get my home.
