  Absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with (Palm Beach Community Bank) I have dealt with about 17 banks in my entire lifetime and none of them was as horrible as this bank. I applied for a simple loan of $100,000 to purchase a commercial property the guy never looked at my information wasted two weeks of my time money and effort, he then told me while I placed them under pressure for my loan at that point he states that he cannot approve the loan based on income. I went to BB&T and I'm almost complete with my application process in less than four days now that's results. I went back to the bank and get all my information that I gave them and the vice president of the bank (Miller) is playing games by not returning all my information that I gave to them but instead giving me pieces at a time so that he can waste more of my time. These people never responds to your emails and never calls you back you instead have to go to the branch and knock on their door before they will come out and talk to you. 20 years military veteran and I've never been ill treated this way ever. I hope no one ever do any business with them, they should be closed down. Mainly the West Palm Beach branch that's located on Okeechobee Boulevard

  So I was a member of this bank 3 years ago..then moved out of state and loved the customer service and the experience they gave by making you feel like a wanted customer. Fast forward till now so naturally coming back here I wanted to bank with them again. Things have really changed. No small town feel where everyone knows your name. Kinda like if you like it great if not go elsewhere was the feeling I get now. They were nice opening the account after that no customer service. Called to order checks like I did in the past and before they took care of it one phone call...this time she says ok hold on transfers me to customer service without explaining what she was doing. It's like the customer doesn't matter anymore since they have gotten bigger. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere. You should really go back to customers are important like before.

  Courteous clientelle who know you by name. What a pleasant experience it is to deal with Palm Beach Community Bank. I took out a home improvement loan to better my home before selling it, and the entire process was very easy and also fast. The staff at both locations are wonderful, and bank procedures may be a little more tight then big chain names, but I assure you it is worth the peace of mind I have with this bank.

  Marc Heraux, Vice President of the Small Business Unit, spent Two months trying to reach me using the wrong e-mail & telephone number because he did not check the online records which I had updated. When I contacted him, he caused me an entire week of physical stress symptoms such as stomach area cramps & sleeplessness by giving me only options of tripling the Former interest only payments or coming up with $ 39,000 immediately on the Line of Credit. I am a good customer who does not deserve to be treated that way!

  SeacoastBank is the best bank I’ve had. And I’ve been with Wells Fargo (thief’s) and TD bank which was also good but not like SeacoastBank. Amazing customer service. Customer service is awsome. Only bank I feel safe hold my money to be honest

  Their online banking system is not user friendly. They are years behind other banks in terms of online banking. Good luck trying to view your statements and tax documents online.

  I love this bank! Always accommodating and cordial. Nice they know my name without looking at my deposit slips. Casey is super fantastic!
