  Incredible experience. After reviewing multiple companies we elected to go with Sea Vista. Our friends referred us and we could not have had a better experience and advocate. We built a new house and it was a difficult experience. Our experience with Sea Vista was definitely the highlight. Sarah M. was our representative and we could not have been happier with her competence, acumen, patience, and bedside manner. She is awesome.   I have worked with Becky for well over 8 years now. She is by far one of the best in her industry. She works tirelessly to get her clients the best and really cares about saving them money. She helps them repair credit if necessary. She has saved many deals for me where I was the listing agent and the buyers lender failed to get them approved because they didn't do the work upfront that she does. She will get the job done! If Becky tells me that they are good to go I know we will CLOSE! So, if you are looking for a lender that will tell you the truth and work hard for you then you will want to reach out to Becky.

  Worst experience ever being a seller to their buyer/client. Their lack of communication caused all parties to wonder what was going on and they allowed the contractual closing date to change 3 times and didn’t supply closing documents until after hours day before, so it came close to 4 times. To make matters worse, they played the blame game blaming all other parties and took no responsibility. Then, to rub more salt in the wound, we are here 2 days after closing with still no funds and no property. They spent the day AFTER closing trying to verify the buyer’s employment.....again, the day after closing! Why? As a seller, never accept a purchase offer with this mortgage broker as the buyer’s lender. Save yourself the grief and potential litigation. As a buyer, you will risk losing your deal and your deposit. In this market climate, sellers do not have to accept this level of incompetence.
