Connie Cua1Epic FAIL on Service department! I called on a Weds to make an appointment for my 1st car maintenance so it only needed an oil and filter change. I was told that they ONLY do Express Service, no appointments, for this type of work and its 1st come 1st serve. I arrive on Friday morning and was told 3 times that the wait was 1.5 hours. Seems high but okay fine it is a holiday weekend. I get a text from Yeimy saying welcome blah blah let me know if you need anything. It’s almost 2 hours later and I am still waiting. I ask the cashier for an update and I was told they reached out to the back for the progress of my car because it still shows that is pending. 20 minutes later no update, I sent a text to Yemiy asking for an ETA and no answer at all, so I go back to the cashier and she calls again and tells me to hold on. I sit back down and see that the cashier closed out 2 people. Mind you these 2 people came after me. I go back to the cashier and she says she will go to the back. Why does she come back and say it’s going to be another 30 mins and they are busy but she is sorry. She says 30 more mins before my car is done, really so the total time will be THREE hours for an oil change. They tried to tell me some bull about how its busy. Busy I get be then I see a man who came in more than an HOUR after me leave with his car being completed, don’t think I didn’t ask what work he got done and he said an oil change. At first I was offered one free oil service but after making an issue of 3 people coming in after me and my car being done they offered 2 free service’s. I felt like if I didn’t make a stink I would have been there all day! To top it off there was a man there who asked me what time I arrived and I said 8a, he had an appointment at 9a FOR AN OIL CHANGE. He was told appointments only, funny how I was told no appointments. I can see this location makes things up as they go, like the 1st come 1st serve. To top it off I get a text from Yeimy on Saturday saying thank you and let us know if you are not satisfied. Really? Who would be satisfied with waiting for 3 hours for a simple oil change. I am sure this was an automated message but funny how she never replied to my text for an update but continued with this message.

Howard Leonard1Very rude people no respect for the customer or Dealer what so ever, I literally had to blast their phones just to get someone on the line to help. And even so they have me on hold for the past 30 mins, I called to speak with the manager patrick I explained to him the situation he didn’t care and is very rude their receptionist is rude their parts department is rude honestly I really feel sorry for the person that purchases a car from them I don’t know how this patrick became the manager but he does not deserve that position. This guy needs to be demoted to assistant janitor. This receptionist needs to be replaced rude rude rude. Needs to take customer service classes. If you people really value your money and time don’t waste it with these people unless you’re a real idiot. Very disgusting.

Hannah Skyes5WOW! The EASIEST and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had the deal made and check ready before I ever even stepped foot into the dealership. I was shopping for a red 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT+ with a blacktop package WITH 8.4 NAVI. After being tossed around and banged up at a crap dealership that kept lying to my face and using pressure tactics to force me into buying a car I called S.R Dodge and asked for the internet fleet sales manager. I was immediately transferred over to Tony, who was very pleasant and professional. I gave him the specs I was looking for. He did some research and found the EXACT car I was looking for in their storage facility. I named a price I wanted to pay for the car out the door. After a few back and forth phone calls, we agreed on the price. I was in a time crunch, and had to rush him, to which he happily obliged. After agreeing on the price, which ended up being about $75 less than the crap dealership I was dealing with, I asked him to fax over the vin # and purchase order to my bank so I could show up with a check. The other dealership used the "get em in here" tactic and refused to deal with me over the phone. I actually called 5 other dealerships who all refused to do business with me over the phone -"come down here first and we'll see what we can do..." Tony, the fleet manager, made it super easy. I went to my bank, picked up the check and showed up to the dealership. My car was being detailed and prepped for me when I got to the dealership and after a few paper formalities, we were ready to go. After everything was signed and done, Tony took the time to go over every single feature of my car with me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. This was honestly the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. And I got a good deal. Haggle free, hassle free. I'll definitely come back for my next car.

Alan Tong5Zero qualms about visiting this dealer. For Jeep knowledge on the extreme end, go see Ashley. His enthusiasm about the product is the result of years of personal Jeep ownership. Kimit was also supportive throughout the day-- great humor and took us on a test ride. He takes extra steps to provide the customer a 5 star experience. You MUST go see one of these two individuals for your new Jeep.

David Fahrney1F - Fail / Unsatisfactory - this is the 3rd attempt to get multiple problems fixed on my newish RAM 1500 Rebel 2017. Made an appointment with Jose Jr. 12/12/18 to continue attempt to fix: 1) gas gauge says empty when has 6 gal left (since purchase) 2) XM radio cuts out intermittently (since purchase) 3) air suspension sensor failure 4) occupant restraint control module recall 5) Rebel logo falling off. Upon arrival, Jose Jr. not working that day! Wrote up problems with Martin. Requested just fixing suspension control if nothing else. After a full day, during which Martin didn't call once, I called for status. He said he thought they got some of the items done but would check. No call back. I went to dealer to pickup and he was gone. Norma sheepishly explained that they didn't even look at the truck! This is the 3rd time in 3 attempts that lame excuses are given to not fix problem! Asst Manager Guillermo thinks I am the ONLY person who doesn't like wasting a whole day with an appointment lost to their poor management! After choice words with Guillermo, he promises to work on truck first thing two days later if I will trust him AGAIN! I took the bait one more time. We'll see what happens today. :-• Update 12/14/18 They actually worked on my truck today. Norma took it in. I didn't hear from anyone all day, as usual. I called late in the day and was told it was ready and just one thing: "there's nothing wrong with my gas gauge. It's supposed to tell you that there's over 100 miles of gas left when it says dead empty 0". I tried to save Norma the embarrassment of writing that on the official service documents, but she wouldn't listen. Good news is they apparently fixed or at least worked on everything else! I'll have to test the XM radio on the road. Norma promised to follow up on the gas gauge again. 12/19/18 It's been 5 days now and no follow up... business as usual :-( 12/23/18 After driving 1000 miles to Colorado, XM appears fixed! :-) Still need to test several troublesome city intersections. Gas gauge still reads wrong :-(

Lee David1Took my 2006 Magnum SRT8 in for a warranty repair, air bags and fuel tank , I own my own shop I would never have taken my vehicle in but it was for recalls . The level of repair was the worst I have had encountered, extremely half assed work. When I picked up vehicle back seat was laying upside-down, access covers to fuel tank off, the inside was a mess, it was 6:40pm so naturally no one knows anything about it, but Rafael called and said it was ready at 3pm. If one of my mechanic's left a customer vehicle in this condition he would be looking for a new job. Called the following day to speak with the sevice writer who handled the job Rafael, explained my displeasure with the work and concerns I had, he said he would call back. No return call. Within 50 miles the vehicle gave a check engine light , I scan the vehicle, it has several evap codes pertaining to the fuel tank recall work. So I put my vehicle up on a lift, then I see the really poor warranty work that was performed missing brackets, clips and panels torn up because they were not removed with proper tools. To properly test the vehicles evap system you use a smoke machine to check for leaks, which my vehicle now has a large one above the tank, something I did not have when it was taken in. Absolutely crap level work! I called the service manager left a messege with return phone number ..... no return call, so my next two calls will be to Chrysler warranty division and Bureau of Automotive repair about the damage to the smog sysem. Learn to check your work Scott Robison! Thank you John Pohlig for for your clearly textbook response, unfortunately it appears you do not know your customer base otherwise you would be able to do something about the issues at hand.

Matt Block1Poor quality service in person and on the phone. Other than the many little things I could rant about, they did not find an issue with my rear ball bearings in an inspection that has resulted in a huge issue with my rear axle. They not only failed to offer to rectify the situation in any way, but quoted me double the rest of other places in town. I may not have bought my car here, but was planning on buying my 4th Jeep here.
