  I've had this bank for a few years now and everytime I come to this location I regret it. There's always a long wait to do any kind of transation. It takes 30 minutes just to get a cashiers check. Also the bank reps don't make me feel welcomed at all.

  Walked in with proper I’d and waited for 1 Hour to have the bank worker ask me where I work? And live? And then tell me I should open a bank account closer to my house. This entire staff is lacking in professionalism as well as tact and speed

  Wow I walk in today to try to open a personal account had everything in order 2 forms of i.d SSI# and the lady I think is ivette I think was rude as can be why do I need a driver license why I cant even drive I have a California i.d is that not enough!! I think you racist please why works somewhere public?? Well I took my business else where to Chase bank there good people with great attitude!! Un like you guys

  Most banks are pretty worrisome to work with, hsbc being my personal worst. UBOC is somewhere in the middle. People are nice but there is a lot of turnover at this branch. Their policies are inconsistent and scattered around so that the person you're talking to often says something inaccurate or needs to make phone calls to find the answer. Out of the blue, certain accounts (my business line of credit) do not show up on my online. Be ready to leave work to come visit in person for stuff you could have done online.

  I had a bad experience with Josette (not sure if that’s her name or spelling), I’d called to request statements and she refused to help me stating that she doesn’t know me personally, she was rushed and rude and all her answers were about why she can’t help and had a hard time explaining what I needed, after she tried to send me to other branches or customer service she still didn’t know what I needed, very disappointed
