  Scott and his team were absolutely AMAZING in helping us through this process!!!! This was our first time both selling a home in another state and buying a home in Colorado. He was clear and effective with his communication and explaining things throughout the entire process. He kept in close contact and replied in a timely manner with our innumerable questions. I highly recommend his services and would happily utilize him and his team again in the future!!!! (Plus he bakes some AMAZING cookies!!!!)

  After shopping around a bit for a mortgage broker we confidently chose Scott Hamling and Move Up Mortgage and I'm so glad we did! They were wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. They made the process as stress free as possible for us as first time home buyers. They had the same rate and slightly lower closing costs as the other brokers we looked at. AND Scott makes the best cookies in the whole world.

  I had such a great experience working with Scott Hamling and his team at Move Up Mortgage. The pre-approval process was seamless, with an easy platform to upload documents. Scott was a key player in my home buying process, his experience and knowledge of the Colorado market was the sole reason I was able to close on a house. His previous experience as an apprasial was spot on with all the houses I was looking at, which was imperative in making accurate market-offers and setting expectations.   I am extremely grateful to be referred to Scott and the Move up Mortgage team through the seller/builder I was working with. As a first time home buyer, Scott made the home buying process easy and took time to explain and communicate every step along the way. From the fees worksheets, to loan lock rates and appraisal Scott made sure I understood everything and took ample time to explain what all of the numbers and figures meant. With purchasing a new build, there were several delays in closing including having a set closing date moved twice which added a lot of additional stress needing to extend my loan lock rates. Scott was so diligent in making adjustments needed that even with all the changes that occurred in the closing process he made it feel seamless. I would highly recommend Scott and the Move up Mortgage team for anyone looking to purchase a home, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

  We needed to get a house closed in less than 3 weeks. We went to Scott Hamling and his team. He went straight to work. The communication was great they gave me good numbers and came in below the estimates. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. I was 21 days from being homeless and had several hurdles to cross to get this deal done. You are in good hands with Move up Mortgage!
