  April 2020: Matt was so great to work with! He was always prompt and upfront with information in every step of the process. Both he and CCMC worked quickly and effectively. We were extremely grateful for his expertise especially since we were not only buying our first home, but facing the challenges of doing so during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was always up to date on the changing requirements and did everything he could to find solutions for every challenge we faced. We would recommend him to any of our friends in a heartbeat. UPDATE: Now a year after buying our home Matt was super great about following up and letting us know the changing market conditions and our situation so that we could refinance to lower our monthly payment.
