      They keep shutting off my card saying it was a fraud alert over and over again at the same stores I always go to and that my girlfriend goes to and her card is never shut off. Ive called and called yet the next time I use it it yet again is shut off now has cost me failed payment fees and I'm never alerted

      I've been with Scott's for years. I have always had an excellent experience inside the WoodRiver branch. However, the customer service center is very rude. I inadvertently transposed a digit on my account when making a payment and was not notified the payment was rejected. I learned that I was past due through a credit alert I set up. Scott's falsely reported a nonpayment to the credit bureau dropping my credit score from 765 to 540. I've never been late on any payment in over 9 years. It took 3 months for them to correct the issue, yet my credit score still has not returned to the place it was before this issue.

      My ex stole my card info and not only have I not been able to get ahold of the dispute department, it's been over the "4-10 business days" that they said it would take to get me my new card. I've been living off of the $50 I had transferred to my cashapp for THREE WEEKS. I have all sorts of bills coming out that I can't pay because I need a card to pay them with. There's other better credit unions around.

      Went there to set up a account. Im was going to be a new member switching over from regions because id heard good things and wanted to give it a shot. However they would not let me create an account because i didnt have 2 papers stating were i lived. I had my driver liscense that is outdated (wrong address not expired) and a pay stub with my new address and a bill from THE STATE OF ILLINOIS with my new address as well, after i went there asked what i needed, headed home got what i needed and called back to make sure that what i had was good enough. Yet that wasnt enough to confirm my new address? It was ignorant, rude and disrespectful the customer service i recieved. I was very disaapointed and felt misled after my visit. Ive heard such good things about this bank but after today i can only assume that this bank is everything but due to my experience with them today.

      You can always count on Scott credit union employees to be super rude. And when you ask questions or try to give them money they act like they don’t want you to pay. Why make things so hard for customers.

      Staff is very friendly and willing to assist with anything needed. Everyone is very knowledgable about all the services offered or will get a co-worker available in order to get help required. I love the Wood River location

      When you call you can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to them about your account I have tried for two days to get a hold of someone and they tell you to leave your number and they’ll call you back they don’t call you back

      Scott credit Union has a horrible reputation for offering 0 customer do yourself a favor and keep shopping..

      So far so good. My only complaint would be that I can't just call my local branch to talk to the Same person each time . I have to go through a call center.
