  Destiny and Steven are two amazing workers that I’d like to recognize. They’re both very kind and knowledgeable. My parents have been at this bank as long as I can remember, so as soon as I could, I made my own account. Steven walked me through the whole process and continues to help me out. Destiny is always there when I make a deposit and she’s extremely friendly and helpful. They’re just the two people I run into the most, everyone there has been friendly as well!

  Love the drive through. Most of the time there is no wait (no contact with other people required, generally no wait)

  The staff is so friendly, the service is good. You don't have to fill out those silly deposit slips. And the rates for all sorts of accounts and loans are great. This has been my favorite credit union for years. And this location is never busy.

  I come every month to take cash out to put in another bank for rent. The last 4 previous months - the teller has not asked for my ID! They take take my debit card and my signature and give me $2000 without blinking. We only started coming here recently when we moved so its not like I've been a regular. This is the first month that Sierra (who has not helped me before) did ask to verify my identity. Thank you Sierra for doing your job and helping to protect my identity. Having been a victim of this once already as another unrelated business did not verify identity, I appreciate her doing her part to help make sure it doesn't happen again. To management here - please get that fixed. Thank you!

  Thank you for the feedback – we appreciate you sharing this with us. We take a our member’s account security very serious. Our employees are trained to check IDs for cash withdrawals unless they can personally identify a member. If this didn’t happen it was definitely an oversite for which we apologize.   Since they switched from Schools to SchoolsFirst it's been nothing but problems. Sometimes the website works fine, most times it doesn't. The phone app logs you out before you're finished logging in. Now I'm getting messages that my auto payments are being denied for no reason. It's ridiculous. If it wasn't such a damn hassle to change banks, I would.

  The BEST credit union I have found. Staff is helpful, fun and polite. Rarely any wait and 2 drive thru ATMs. They usually have free coffee and candy available too.

  Left for 3 years and came back, the gals are not as friendly but good overall experience. Schools credit Union is a great bank

  Two drive-up ATMs (always strive for the left one) strut convenience. Never went inside but it's a quieter area.
