  I had a great experience with Mike and his incredibly knowledgeable team in a purchase of our dream home in Danville, CA. From the very beginning in 'shopping' several mortgage brokers and having previous experience with a few others in a previous home purchase, Mike was incredibly knowledgeable of Market Trends amidst COVID19 and within minutes of speaking to him, I knew that I would be using his services for my home purchase. Throughout the process, Mike remained knowledgeable of market changes, trends and staying ahead of the documents needing requesting from Underwriting. During the final stages of the home closing, we had a few "snafus," related to the home appraisal and throughout Mike remained with a level headed approach and apologized frequently for obstacles that arose that were entirely out of his control. During the experience, Mike was consistently open to feedback, detailed in requesting letters needing writing and always available to pickup, or send a responsive text in an expeditious manner. If you're looking for a high-integrity mortgage broker with over 40 years of experience in the Mortgage industry, call Mike. His detailed knowledge of home purchases, refi rates and exchanges are second-to-none.
