  This is the only bank I've heard of that won't cash their own check in full. We sold our car to one of school's first customers and we went to cash the check at the brookhust branch and school's first would only give us $3,000 cash, charge us a $5 fee and issue us a check for the difference that was left. We asked if we can open an account to just deposit the check and they refused because we're not teachers. We then had to go to two other schools first to cash the checks. Worst customer service iv ever had at a bank. Never had this issue before with anyone else. Stay away from this scoundrels!

  So friendly, and they have put courtesy at a high bar. Don't try to top it, you might hurt yourself. Seriously, I've come through the doors for 20 years here, when I'm in town, and they always shine, 99%. This is not that unusual at their other branches ~such service seems almost standard throughout this admirable credit union~ but it still deserves special recommendation at this one.

  I've never had a bad experience here. I remember how easy it was to setup my account here because of how helpful the employees are here. The tellers are always kind and patient, and everyone at the bank is warm and welcoming.

  THIS BANK IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I HAD 270.00 taken out of my account. They said they messed up but then I had to go through all this mess to get it back!!

  Very nice and helpful staff. I've gotten an auto loan and home loan here. In addition to the usual banking. Love the android app.
