      I would recommend anyone be very careful of opening a CD at this bank. I received no notification prior to the maturity of the CD and it automatically rolled over. Also, I have never received any notice of the new renewal rate nor the maturity date. Spoke with the Manager and the Regional Manager and neither was willing to help with the issue. My address was correct which makes me feel that something is strange that I never received either pieces of that mail. The CD then auto rolled over at 2 tenths of 1%. Penalty for early withdrawal $1200.00 for 15 mo CD. My advice...Stay away...

      Took 1 month to get initial debit card. Lost said debit card was scolded then charged to replace it and it would take 3 business days for it to be mailed out then another 7-10 business days to receive...so I am looking at 3 weeks without a debit card. Deposits can take anywhere from 1-3 days to post even if done before 12PM. Few ATM's so always having to pay ATM fees if I need to pull out cash at the last moment. Definitely banking elsewhere.

      This is literally the worst place I have ever banked at. The equipment is always broken. They have double charged me countless times. They've given me service fees when my count's been positive.. And now the phone number doesn't even work.

      Do not bank here! If I could give negative stars I would. A friend recently passed away and I was his executor and trustee. They wouldn't release the funds in my friend's account even though I produced a death certificate, was there with my friend's daughter, was a customer for 30 years and now I need to go through a court to get what's rightfully due to my friend's children. Absolutely ridiculous and wouldn't even let me speak to their attorney to get a better explanation.

      Most awful bank out there. Plus worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Big mistake getting a bank account with them!!! HUGE!!!! IF I CAN GIVE THEM MINUS I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS 10!
