  Bad experience they make come twice for deposit Need ID Need time and service from teller is rude Margaret and the team behind there they are not helpful in anyway To deposit. Was really funny without ID or ID on phone they need to know you well Ever in my life I haven’t heard about know me as personal stuff in a bank Just a lot of inconsistency ideas and rules they have Hope they made some changes at customer services

  This chase bank had the worst customer service. My check did not get deposited and when I went to see what was wrong they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could have my check returned and they told me no. I asked if I could close my account and they said no because the check had not been deposited. Then I spoke to one of the specialist. He had me wait while he was on the phone with customer service for an hour. At the of the call he told me that I needed to call customer service. I legit waiting an hour just to get told to call customer service. I had explained to him that I had already called but they dropped my call twice. Every time I deposit a check, they never release the funds until two or three days later even though I have been depositing the checks from the same company. Chase sucks

  Hands down the best customer service that I have ever experienced.. ever. I've been a customer of Washington Mutual --> Chase my entire life, and I've never experienced the level of consideration and kindness like I did at this location. I don't want to give specifics, but I ran into a challenge, and the manager (blond woman, cant remember her name) came over and offered to help resolve the situation. I was completely blown away that a bank would even care enough to help me out the way that she did. Whatever is going on at this bank, keep it up.

  This is my favorite go to Chase location. They still have real people who know your name and not just an ATM with one live person and a huge line of people waiting for the only teller.

  This Branch has a very nice staff. I found them extremely courteous and helpful.
