  My boyfriend and I had the best first time experience. We were attended to quickly on a busy Saturday morning by the lovely Linda. She helped explain all of the benefits of opening an account with them thoroughly. Her customer service is stellar and her positivity impacted us hugely. We even got a goodie bag; no other bank has ever done that for us. We highly recommend banking here!!

  Great place answered all my questions and concerns. Very professional. Gets little busy around noon time so would recommend get there morning time . But overall I’m satisfied got my first car loan , and 2 personal loans when Covid hit awesome team.

  The branch mgr is AMAZING at this location. Its the only one i been to so i cannot speak for them all but this particular branch has helped me more than wells, b of a & san francisco fcu combined. This is coming from someone with very low tolerance for low IQ and zero tolerance for stupidity.

  Every time I deal with Schools C.U. on phone or in person they've been great! The Elk Grove branches parking lot could be tricky sometimes but always like the people. Loans dept. makes is "very" convenient to.

  This Bank should be ashamed of itself. It used to be good, now it’s the opposite. The service, the app, online banking features, has all gone down hill. It’s a watered down service from what it used to be. The merger is the worst thing they could have done. Every single customer is having issues and no one can get help or through to a human being. If your considering a bank, run in the opposite direction of SchoolsFirst.

  This bank used to be a good bank ! Ever since they merged it’s absolutely garbage !! Over an hr wait time to speak with someone on the phone . These people need to get their act together and hire more people .. take your money and open account with golden one !

  This is THEE worst credit union in California. It took my 4 months to get my pin to my debit card. Calling every other day to figure it out and them just telling me that it is being mailed to me. Horrible costumer service and are rude to customers. Hate this place. As you can tell... I go to the placerville branch and will not be going there anymore... terrible

  It's impossible to get a person on the phone. If you need to talk to someone, it's probably faster to get in your car and drive to the branch.

  The wait time for this place is unbelievable, 28 min on hold and 16 min if you need to wait in line. Man when schools merged they said it was going to benefits the customers I guess we were lied to.
