      To whom it may concern: Please step up to the plate- the year is 2022 - if you have a joint account- why in the world do you have a "primary" on the account due to the first name listed when opening an account! It is time to meet up with the times. If I had known this when opening up an account with you, then choosing the person that deals with the business end would have been the better choice! #outdatedwithtimes

      Ever since the so called merger of the two credit unions, I've had nothing but problems. Every time I login to the website I have to reset my password because the old one isn't correct??? I don't see any benefits to this place anymore. Likely going to change where I bank if the problems can't get fixed soon.

      Completely drained energy funds and lost storage got the run around fraud and loss prevention say 24 hours to 2 weeks for now locked out and no money now I'm left to streets no gas no food personally I feel Like they don't care
