  Didn’t know that opening a personal account will take an hour to do. Or is it just an excuse for the branch to close early? PS. I walked in at 4.34pm and branch closes at 5pm.

  People are in and out of this place without a mask on. There are no regulations regarding to Covid. I have been here on several occasions and almost every time, I will see someone that doesn’t have a mask on or have a mask but it’s pulled down and not even covering their mouth and nose. On top of that, they are really slow and you will be waiting there for a while.

  i've been a chase customer for many years. i've had uniformly positive experiences at this branch for several years. staff are courteous and friendly. Marlette Morris has been particularly helpful (and patient) with special banking needs. i recommend the bank and the branch.

  Usually very quick... Seldomly there will be a short line but they are very quick and courteous to help you handle all your banking needs

  Depleted my savings account to cover my checking account and then closed my checking account with no notice. Horrible customer service.

  Bad customer service. Not helpful at all. Use atm or go to other close by branch.
