K Blanton1On March 1st went to branch to deposit a check atm informs me not accepting deposits at this time call 800 number to inform them that there is a problem 1134am told will request repair call back at 253pm ask if it. was fixed was told there were no previous complaint made so don't know if it works at 322pm went back it wasnt fixed and once again at 9 20pm not fixed this is on the 1st of the month a very busy day would like to have the operations manager explain if this is a proper way to run a business this branch is closed on Monday

Hey DollFace Lash and Brow Artistry (Andrea Guerrero)1So I have been at this credit union for about maybe 2-3 years now. Every time I go to them for some type of financial help they build my hopes and then completely disappoint and let me down. Its an absolute JOKE. First I had to take cash out of a credit card that I hold with them because due to Covid I am basically not able to work at all. I had to pay some bills with the cash out which wasn't much but when the representative told me that she would put me on an auto-pay per month at $25 from my savings I said great and assumed she had done it. Well a month or two later I received a bill stating I hadn't paid it and they were charging me late fees and interest. I called them back and the guy seemed to be helpful and told me he had to speak to his supervisor to review the recording of the call in order to verify if it was them that made the mistake. I said great call me back..he NEVER DID. I called back a week later to find out if everything was ok and they had never applied the auto-pay AGAIN. I called again and let them know and they said they would fix it. Now I'm receiving more letters stating I need to pay. Incredible. Putting that aside I had also tried back in April of this year to apply to refinance my car. I only have about 5k left on it and have been working full time until last year starting in February when I worked part time in order to go to school full time. The woman who helped me (Cynthia) was clearly inexperienced in what she was doing because she tried to get me the loan and had me go through a whole MONTH of back and forth emails and other documents that they were requesting. The SAME DAY she said I was approved for the loan she called me back only to tell me that it wasn't approved and they were pulling out. She got my hopes up instead of being professional and telling me from the beginning that the loan would not go through because of lack of documents (I provided everything short of fingerprints and blood). Again this month I tried another person there hoping maybe they would be able to give me a more honest review. The woman I spoke with said they were having a special right now to lower my interest rate and cut my payment in half. At this point I'm on unemployment because I'm not allowed to work but still making my $365 payment so paying something half of that would be no problem. Because of my last years taxes she said they would deny it so I said I could send them my last 5 years worth of tax returns if that's what they needed. She didn't seem to really want to help me out or even care how frustrating this is. I'm so tired of this bank. It was easy for me to go there because it was literally 2 miles from my house but I would rather drive out to Orange County to a quality credit union with some professionalism then to deal with this branch any more. No need to send me any responses to this review in order to keep my business I will be taking my money out of this place and putting it elsewhere. No one smiles when you walk in, everyone looks like they hate their job. Now I know why. STAY AWAY from this credit union if you can and go somewhere that will actually follow through with what they promise and RESPECT YOUR TIME.

Lora A1I WAS A VICTIM OF FRAUD. SCE NEVER REACHED OUT TO INFORM ME OF THIS, INSTEAD THEY CLEATED OUT MY ACCOUNTS. I SOON WAS MADE AWARE OF THIS AND WORKED MY ASS OFF TO CLEAR THIS UP, I SOON FOUND OUT THE SERVICES ON MY DEBIT CARD WERE STOPPED. I CALLED THEIR PHONE SERVICES AND WAS FORWARDED TO THEIR FRAUD DEPT. WHERE I ENCOUNTERED SYLVIA, A VERY RUDE PERSON. I EXPLAINED THE CIRCUMSTANCES, IT WAS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL. I WAS THREATENED AND TOLD THIS WAS BEING REPORTED TO CHECK SERVICES AND I IWOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT, BECAUSE THIS REPORT IS SENT TO ALL BANKS AND CREDIT UNIONS. 3 WEEKS AFTER I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM SCE TELLING ME THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT. AND IT HAD BEEN BACK DATED. AVOID THIS PLACE THEIR PHONE SERVICES AND ATM’S ARE HORRIBLE
