  I was intimidated by the Refi process. But the Team at Nestmade walked me through each step. They were patient, supportive, informative and went beyond my expectations to get me an excellent deal on my refinance. Mimi, Tim, Rebecca, Enok, and Benson were all great to work with and available whenever I needed some clarification or an explanation. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

  I had two other lenders lined up before i learned about Nestmade and I gave a leap of faith with Benson's Team Wasley and Stefen when I first learned of this company through a Webinar of Anderson Tax Advisors and liked the information there. I did a DSCR (ask for it!) and the appraisal went wonderful after struggling with appraisers in Texas and Nestmade being in California it did not stopped them to complete the process! Responsiveness. Attentiveness. Caring and after sale follow up is amazing.

  Where do I even begin? I am being completely honest when I say my whole end to end process was flawless which is nearly impossible in a real estate transaction. Buying a home is never easy, we all know that, but Benson, Tim and the whole team made it easy for us. It was nice to know NestMade had our backs and worked closely with us during these unprecedented times. Coming from someone who has a background in finance, NestMade is a godsend for any consumer with mortgage needs, as their options are limitless and will do everything within their capabilities getting you to the finish line. Isn't this the end goal for buying or refinancing?

  Benson and NestMade are easy and very professional! We just closed on doing a refi through them and they made the process easy and went through everything with my wife and I through the whole process. We were very impressed with Erika on how she broke down all the mortgage lingo to us. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to get us a great rate and very flexible on meeting us to sign all final documents. I recommended my mom to Erika and Benson to complete her refi as well and I will recommend more friends and family in the future. I would highly recommend Benson and the rest of the NestMade team if you are looking for someone you can trust give them a call, believe me you will not be disappointed.

  An excellent choice in a sea of lenders! We just reduced our rate and dropped our PMI on a refi for our current property with Dawson who was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the loan process. We had used NestMade previously for the initial loan during the purchase, and in each situation the transaction has been very smooth. Benson, Timothy, and now Dawson were all absolutely on top of every step, providing personal service that you just dont see elsewhere. When it came to rate, they beat out the competition easily (one handy feature of being a broker and working with a variety of lenders/products). Were sitting at a 2.75 now with a lower monthly payment as a result, and with the lender credits and discounts, we even received some money back in the end which is nice. We are definitely a fan and have been recommending NestMade to our friends and family ever since. If you're actually reading these comments to help make your decision, you're very lucky to have ended up here. Give them a shot and you'll see why people like me came back to leave them a glowing review!

  Highly recommend Timothy Joe and his team. They are one of the most responsive and helpful people I've ever worked with.
